UPDATE – Run to Winlaton Mill Red Kit Pub along the Derwent Walk – Friday 29th June, starting at 6-00 pm from QUEENS ROAD (9 miles), picking up 6.10pm from SHOTLEY STATION (8 miles) then 6.30pm at EBCHESTER STATION (7 miles) ( beside Derwent Walk pub).

This is a replacement for the old Pasty run to Gibside which is now not available! Run at your own pace but it will be tail ran by Beginners group.   Mike would appreciate an indication if you intend to go just so I can let pub know approximate numbers. Food is available and there is a comfortable outside area if weather suitable! There’s also a TV in the Pub if you wish to watch the Iceland game!

Arrange your own transport back home but bus number 45 runs every half hour back to Consett!  Thanks Mike Swainson
