UK Inter Counties XC Championships – Wollaton Hall, Nottingham
The final major championship of the season had seen a two members of the club travel to Nottingham the same venue (but different course) from previous additions of the English National cross country. Hatti was selected for the North East team (U17 women) for her successes earlier in the season at the North Easterns and Northerns. Jordan having run in two previous British Cross Challenge Races qualified despite not being picked for the North East.
The conditions, in line with most of the country, were hot a solid 10 degree jump compared to a couple of days ago which provided a large challenge in itself. However each lap having a short but brutally steep climb. Unfortunately Injury overcome Hatti part way through the race and could not finish however at the time was 3rd North East runner at the time.
