Approx 12 mile run from Park Head Cafe over the fells to Rookhope, a river plodge on the way, A little bit of road work and then back up the Rookhope Incline and back to the cafe. Meet at the cafe at 8.30. Good run with a few hills thrown in!! Enjoy x
