Planned sessions are Tue and Wed at 7pm all other sessions are social runs, click each session below for more detailed information. If you are a new starter we would advise starting with the Tuesday 7pm session.

For anyone wanting to improve their running the Wednesday 7pm session is taken by Ian Young UKA Level 3 Endurance Running Coach.
