Stewy Bell’s weekly interval  sessions,

Week Commencing 08/08/22

  • Session 1 = 12 x 400m w 200m  jog recoveries.
  • Session 3 x 8min w 4 min recoveries.

Monday

17:30 Juniors only session – see the training calender above for further details.

Tuesday

18:00 Led by Stewy Bell – This session is open to all abilities. Using the track at Blackfyne or a circuit around Medomsley.

18:00 Club Run –  Meeting at Consett Leisure Centre. Runs vary between 3-6 miles, groups split according to numbers and ability. If you’re just thinking of joining us, this is the session we recommend you attend first.

Thursday

In addition to club training members also organise regular social runs among themselves and is usually communicated word of mouth or via the club Facebook Chatterbox page.

Sunday

Many runners in the club organise a Sunday morning run. Meeting places, times and distances vary so keep an eye on our Facebook page for details of these informal runs.
