Monday

17:30 – Juniors Only Session – please see the training calender above for further details.

Tuesday

18:00 – Track session, led by Stewy Bell – This session is open to all abilities, and will be tailored to those attending on the night. Winter Blackfyne or Chester-Le-Street (£3 to use track, booked out to Chester-Le-Street AC, who allow us use, numbers permitting) closed when icy.

18:00 – Club Run –  Meeting at Consett Leisure Centre. Runs vary between 3-6 miles, groups split according to numbers and ability. If you’re just thinking of joining us, this is the session we recommend you attend first.

Thursday

18:00 – Interval Session, led by Stewy Bell – This session is open to all abilities and will be tailored to those attending on the night. Please see the training calendar above for further details.

18:00 – Club Run – Meeting at Consett Leisure Centre. Runs vary between 3-6 miles, groups split according to numbers and ability.

In addition to club training members also organise regular social runs among themselves, so keep your ears open!
