We have fixed training days throughout the year in all weathers a list of our running routes can be found at walkjogrun.net
- Tuesday at 6 pm – Meeting at Belle Vue Sports Centre.
This is a Junior Section run but it is also suitable for new senior runners or other runners coming back from injury. Duration 1 Hour.
- Tuesday at 7 pm – Meeting at Belle Vue Sports Centre.
This is what we call “club night” and is planned to cater for all ranges of runners over a distance of approximately 6 miles. This is the night we would recommend new starters to attend as it`s when the majority of our members are out and is good for catching up with freinds and making new ones. Check the website under the Tuesday route tab for an overview of the route planned for that night. There will be a briefing before the session starts to make everyone aware of the route and stopping points planned. Duration 1 +hour.
- Wednesday at 6 pm – Meeting at Belle Vue Sports Centre.
This is an easy run of up to 6 miles designed to cater for the slowest runner out on the night. The route is circular and designed to allow runners to drop off at shorter distances dependant on their fitness or needs. The group stays reasonably close together and constantly re-groups at set points. The pace is therefore generally that of the slowest runner and is ideal for new starters and runners coming back from injury. The slowest runners will always be accompanied by one of the run leaders. Duration up to 1 hour
- Wednesday at 7 pm – Meeting at Belle Vue Sports Centre.
This is a more demanding 7 to 8 mile run at a slightly faster pace than a Tuesday night we tend not to stop on this session due to it being for our more faster runners in the club who wish to push themselves hard. Duration 1 + hour.
- Thursday at 6 pm – Meeting at Belle Vue Sports Centre. This is a Junior Section run but it is also suitable for new senior runners or other runners coming back from injury . Duration 1 Hour.

This is an off road 10 to 12 mile run depending on terrain and conditions. It is also the session when we arrange our away runs once a month, details which can be found on the front page of the website, the pace is slow and steady Duration 2 + hours.
